  • baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • vinegar - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • oil - 1/2 cup

  • for sprinkling

measures

How to make

In a bowl, mix the beaten egg with the yogurt and stir. Add the soda quenched in the vinegar, oil and salt and stir again.

Add the sifted flour in stages until the dough stops sticking to your hands - very soft dough.

Divide the dough into equal parts and form it into balls. Cover the balls for 10 minutes to rest from the kneading.

Then, in a well-greased baking pan, spread out the first ball with your hands into a thin crust, sprinkle it with some of the grated cheese and pour 1 tbsp. oil.

This is how you proceed with all 5 balls. At the end once the tutmanik is shaped, smear it with oil and the beaten egg on top.

Bake it in a preheated 360°F (180 degree) oven until it's done (about 30 minutes).
