How to make

The meat is cut into chunks, the potatoes are cut into large pieces, the onions, carrots, peppers and mint are finely chopped and the tomatoes are grated.

The meat chunks are sealed in the well-heated fat for about 2 minutes. Then they are taken out. In the same pan, stew the carrots, peppers and onions.

Add the flour and paprika. After a short while of frying them, add 2 cups of hot water and the tomatoes.

Mix everything well. Add the meat, potatoes and all of the spices. Season with salt.

Let them simmer for about 30 minutes under a lid. If there is also village-style bread for dipping it in the stew, everything will turn out very tasty.
