How to make
Cut the chicken into portions and put it to fry lightly in a little oil. In the same dish, add some oil and fry the finely chopped onion. After a while, add the grated carrot and pressed garlic.
Put it to stew under cover until tender, stirring frequently. Cut the fresh tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the steamed vegetables with the canned tomatoes.
Bring this to a boil and add salt, black pepper, thyme, basil, sugar and paprika. Add portions of chicken and simmer it on a medium stove until the tomato juice evaporates.
