  • trout - 3 pcs.
  • lemons - 1 pc
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • rosemary - 1/2 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • onion - 1 onion
  • cream cheese - 3 tbsp.
  • dill - for sprinkling

How to make

Clean and wash the fish. Rub them with lemon juice (squeezed from the lemon), season them with salt and sprinkle them with rosemary. In a baking pan pour a spoonful of olive oil on the bottom and grease it generously.

Arrange the fish on top, pour the remaining olive oil over them, cover the baking pan with aluminum foil and bake them for about 30 minutes at 320°F (160 degrees).

Clean and debone the baked fish carefully. Mash the meat that we have separated well with a fork. Add black pepper and cream cheese to the meat and mix everything well.

Finely chop the onion and add it to the mixture. Mix it well.

Serve the pate in a plate sprinkled with chopped dill.
