How to make
Dissolve the yeast in a little lukewarm water. Add sugar and a little flour. Stir until the yeast is dissolved and leave it to activate.
Sift the flour and add the yeast. Add the milk, add the oil and knead a soft dough. Leave the dough to rise in a warm place.
Divide the finished dough into balls. Roll out each ball into a crust. Make cuts at one end of the crust without reaching the end. Add a peeled sausage in the middle.
Wrap the sausage with the dough and grease it with plenty of oil and sprinkle it with sesame seeds.
Arrange the sausage pastries in a baking tray and bake them in a preheated oven until they're fully baked.
