How to make
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Finely chop the carrots, peppers and onions.
Heat the fat on the bottom of the pot and fry the onions. Add the carrots and peppers and fry them as well, then leave them for 2 minutes to simmer.
Add the potatoes and pour water. Allow the water to boil. Cut the beans into smaller pieces (at least in halves) and once the water boils, add it to the other vegetables.
A little later, add the spices (without the paprika). Once everything is almost cooked, add the tomato puree, paprika and noodles.
Once the noodles are cooked, sprinkle the soup with parsley.
