Using a blender, blend the bananas, egg and milk first. Sift the flour along with the baking powder and gradually add it to the mixture.
If you like, you can also add vanilla to the resulting mixture.
Grab a pancake pan (or an ordinary pan with a non-stick coating) and add a little butter.
Then with a ladle pour a little of the mixture and fry it until the pancake aquires a nice golden color on both sides. This procedure is repeated until you use up the whole pancake mixture.
About 15 American pancakes can be made from this mixture. Enjoy!
