How to make
Remove the rougher parts of the asparagus and arrange them in a fireproof tray, which you have previously covered with aluminum foil.
Grease the vegetables with your hands so that they are evenly covered with olive oil.
Season them with salt and black pepper and bake them for about 14 minutes in a preheated oven at 430°F (220 degrees).
Take them out from the oven and while they're still warm, sprinkle them with grated Parmesan cheese and grated lemon peel.
