How to make
Peel and wash the potatoes, cut them lengthwise - Grandma cuts them into thicker pieces. Cover them in water, while you cut the peppers into large pieces.
Strain them and fry them in heated lard. Once they're slightly fried, add the peppers. Fry them unti they'rel ready.
The lard makes the fried potatoes soft and peppers give them a pleasant aroma.
