Ingredients

  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • sugar - 1 1/2 cups
  • lemonade - 6 tbsp. (ordinary yellow lemonade)
  • oil - 6 tbsp.
  • baking powder - 1 pc.
  • flour - 2 cups
  • chocolate drops - 1 handful

How to make

Beat the eggs along with the sugar using a mixer. Add the oil and lemonade and beat the mixture once again. Sift the flour along with the baking powder.

Gradually, while stirring constantly, add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture and stir until you have a smooth mixture and add the chocolate drops at the end and stir.

Grease a cake pan with oil and flour.

Pour the mixture into the cake pan and bake it in a preheated 360°F (180 degree) oven for about 25-30 minutes. Check to see if the sponge cake is fully baked by checking it with a toothpick. If it comes out dry - the cake is ready.
