Beat the eggs with 1/4 cup of water. Mix the breadcrumbs with the garlic powder.
Separately, mix the corn flour and flour. Heat the oil, dip the mozzarella sticks in the flour, then in the eggs and finally, in the breadcrumbs.
Fry them until they aquire an appetizing brown color. Place them on kitchen paper, so it can absorb the excess fat and serve them with a sauce of your choice.
