How to make
Sift the flour and add the baking powder, salt and sugar.
Whisk the eggs and add the cottage cheese. Pour the egg mix into the flour and knead a soft but not sticky dough.
Roll out the dough and cut it into 10 rectangular pieces.
Cut the yellow cheese into sticks, and place one piece in each rectangle.
Fold the dough, and seal the edges. Form each folded piece of dough into a stick with your hands.
Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil into a nonstick pan. Toast the cheese sticks evenly.
Serve and enjoy!
Quick snack in less than 20 minutes.
Equally tasty warm, as well as cold.
