How to make
Cut the pork ribs into large pieces. Each one is sprinkled with salt, black pepper and oil. Arrange them in a wide baking pan, pour the red wine and a little water.
Add unpeeled garlic cloves, a little oil in the water and as much salt as you like. Cover them with aluminum foil and bake them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for about 90 minutes.
Towards the end, remove the foil and leave them bake for another 30 minutes, until they aquire an appetizing color.
