How to make
Boil the potatoes in salted water, peel them, mash them and put the resulting puree in a pot on the stove.
Once the potato puree dries up, add the egg, fenugreek, salt and black pepper and 1 tbsp. of butter, mix everything well and remove the pot from the heat.
Once the mixture has cooled well, take a little of it at a time and form small balls, which are then fried in the remaining butter on all sides.
You can bread the potato balls if you wish.
