How to make
Knead the minced meat, add the finely chopped onion, the slice of bread (soaked in water and then squeezed) and the ground cumin and then continue to knead it. Fry the meatballs in a pan.
Separately, fry the tomatoes in another pan, add the flour diluted with a little water and stir until the sauce is ready. At the end, sprinkle it with fresh or frozen parsley. I used frozen from our garden.
Serve the sauce and add the fried meatballs (2-3 per serving).
