Ingredients

  • yogurt - 1 bowl
  • sugar - 1 and 1/2 cups
  • flour - 2 and 1/2 cups
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • baking powder - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • apricots - 4 pcs.
  • lemon sugar - 2 tsp (10 g)

How to make

Beat the sugar with the yoghurt that's mixed with the baking powder, using a wire whisk and add the oil, the sifted flour, the lemon sugar.

Pour the mixture into a baking pan, arrange the apricot halves on top and bake the pastry for 40 minutes at 360°F (180 degrees).

Sprinkle it with powdered sugar if desired.
