  • cottage cheese - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • condensed milk - 1 and 1/2 cups (300 ml) (sweetened)
  • sugar - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • almonds - 10 pcs. (grinded)
  • cream - 17 oz (500 g)
  • apricots - 17 oz (500 g)

How to make

The cottage cheese is mixed with the sugar and condensed milk. Add the grinded almonds and the whipped cream and mix everything gently.

Divide the apricots into halves, remove their seeds and cut the fruit into very small pieces or blend them.

Add them to the cottage cheese mixture and mix everything. Leave the ice cream in the freezer for 5 hours. Make sure to take it out and stir the mixture every two hours.
