How to make
Before you start preparing this dish, wash and chop all the ingredients finely.
Pour in the olive oil into a deep pan or a wok. Saute the onion, and add the mushroooms.
Once cooked, add the chopped cabbage. Stir occasionally to avoid burning.
Once the chinese cabbage is cooked, add the curry, ginger, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar and set aside.
