How to make
Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
Pour the vegetables into a bowl and add the corn and tuna (strained well from the tin).
Dice the peeled avocado and pour lemon juice over it.
Add it to the bowl and season the fish salad with the remaining lemon juice, olive oil, and Himalayan salt.
Stir and distribute it into plates. Sprinkle with the pumpkin seeds and serve it.
