How to make
Sprinkle the pork chops on both sides with the dry spices.
Arrange them in a baking pan, add white wine and a little water. Seal them with aluminum foil and bake them in a preheated oven for about 90 minutes.
Remove the foil and spread the steaks with the barbecue sauce and place them back in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Serve them warm with red wine and a suitable garnish.
