  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • yellow cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • black pepper

  • yellow cheese - 7 oz (200 g) thinly sliced

How to make

Peel the potatoes, wash and dry them. Grate them into a bowl and add the eggs, grated yellow cheese, salt, black pepper and stir.

Line the baking tray with parchment paper and pour the mixture in it evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for about 20 minutes. Remove it from the tray with the paper and allow it to cool slightly.

Cut it into 4 equal parts along with the baking paper. Arrange the ham and yellow cheese on top. With the help of the paper, roll them up into tight rolls.

Lightly grease the tray, put the rolls in it and bake them for another 10 minutes at 360°F (180 degrees).
