How to make
Cut the onion in half. Use take the widest onion ring.
In a frying pan pour the oil and add the onion rings in it and fry them on one side first and then on the other side until they aquire a golden color.
When they are ready, crack the egg and make sure the yolk remains intact.
Carefully transfer the egg onto a plate.
