Ingredients

  • potatoes - 4.4 lb (2 kg)
  • onion - 4 onions
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • white cheese - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • savory herb
  • salt
  • flour - for rolling
  • black pepper

How to make

Peel the potatoes and boil them in slightly salted water.

Then strain them from the water and mash them with a potato press into a large bowl. Then add the beaten eggs, white cheese, spices and grated onion.

Knead the mixture well and wait 30 minutes for it to absorb the spices. Then form patties from the mixture.

Beat 2 eggs into a bowl and dip the patties the eggs and then roll them in the flour and fry them.

When they are ready, leave the potato patties to cool and they turn out tasty and crunchy.
