Ingredients

  • pork - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • onions - 1 onion
  • carrots - 2 - 3 pcs.
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • peppers - 2 pcs.
  • peas - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • new potatoes - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • paprika
  • black pepper

How to make

The meat is cut into cubes and stewed in fat. Add the finely chopped onion, the carrots - cut into circles (if they are larger - in halves), the peppers - cut into small pieces and the grated tomato.

Add the spices and pour the mixture into the clay pot guvec.

Pour water and add the peeled new potatoes.

Close the lid of the clay pot and cook the dish at 360°F (180 degrees) for about an hour and a half.

Finally, add the peas and after ten minutes the dish is ready.
