"Season and bake to perfection - these are the perfect chicken wings"

Ingredients

  • chicken wings - 1.5 lb (700 g)
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • curry - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • black pepper - 2 pinches
  • chicken broth - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
  • oregano - 3 pinches
  • paprika - 2 pinches

How to make

Place the chicken wings in a pot filled with water and boil them briefly for 10 minutes.

Strain them well and take them out. Arrange them in a greased baking pan.

Sprinkle them with curry, salt, black pepper, paprika and oregano. Pour a little oil and chicken broth over them.

Bake until they aquire a golden brown color in a moderately heated oven at 360°F (180 degrees).

Easy and very tasty!
