How to make
Mix one tablespoon of honey with one tablespoon of flour.
The resulting mixture is divided into two equal parts.
Before going to bed, soak your feet for 10-15 minutes in hot water. Dry them.
From the prepared dough we make two loaves.
Put each one of them on both heels. Be sure to wear socks and sleep like that.
After waking up, the feet need to be washed with warm water and dried.
