How to make
The yeast and sugar are dissolved in 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) of water and sprinkled with 1-2 tbsp. of flour. Place the bowl in a pot of hot water, so it can rise.
In another bowl, sift the flour, add salt, the melted butter, olive oil and yeast. Knead a soft dough.
Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, shape the baguettes and arrange them in a baking tray (greased with butter and sprinkled with flour).
Make slashes on the baguettes and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
Bake them at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 20 minutes or until they're fully baked.
Take them out of the oven, spray them with water and wrap them in a clean towel.
