Fry the chopped onion in the hot oil, add the grated potatoes, the grinded pepper, chopped Iceberg and parsley and then stir and season with salt and black pepper.
Spread each tortilla with 1 tsp. of tomato chutney and spread it out to its edges so that the dough sticks when it is folded in two.
Fill the tortillas with the resulting filling and fold them up, grease them with the beaten egg, sprinkle them with grated cheese and sesame seeds.
Bake them in a greased baking pan in a preheated 360°F (180 degree) oven for 10 minutes.
