How to make
Trim the chicken breasts. Cut the meat into pieces. For the batter combine the flour, baking powder and eggs in a bowl and stir to achieve a homogeneous mix.
Add the chilli pepper, honey, soy sauce, Tabasco sauce, orange juice and seeds. Stir well and pour in the sparkling water.
Heat the oil in a pan. Toss the sage in the hot oil and discard after 3 minutes. The oil has absorbed the scent of the sage.
Dip the chicken into the breading and fry, until they obtain a golden brown crust.
Serve with lemon wedges and chilled beer.
