  • canned chickpeas - 1.8 lb (800 g)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • yogurt - 3 tbsp.
  • tahini - 3 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • lemons - juice and peel of 2 lemons
  • coriander - 0.7 oz (20 g)

How to make

Strain the chickpeas from the tin and pour them into a blender along with the other products (without the coriander).

Blend well until you have a smooth mixture, add the chopped coriander, stir and serve.
