  • spaghetti - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • heavy cream - 10 fl oz (300 ml)
  • egg yolks - 2 pcs.
  • shrimp - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • parsley - 2 stalks
  • black pepper

How to make

Boil the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package. Then rinse and strain them.

Put the shrimp in boiling salted water for a few minutes until they are cooked. Then strain and peel them.

Put the chopped garlic in a deep saucepan or pot and add a little olive oil. Cook until the garlic has softened.

Then add the spaghetti, heavy cream and the beaten egg yolks. Stir the dish until the cream thickens. Finally, season with salt and black pepper. Add the shrimp and stir.

The pasta is stirred and served hot. If desired, serve it with fresh parsley tips.
