Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • salt - a pinch
  • brown sugar - 130 g or muscovado
  • coconut oil - 70 g
  • quality dark chocolate - 130 g
  • flour - 65 g (I used chickpea flour)
  • sour cream - 100 g

How to make

Beat the egg whites along with a pinch of salt. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath.

Add the sugar to the egg yolks and beat the mixture, then add the sour cream, melted chocolate with coconut oil (in a thin stream) and flour.

Gradually, add the egg whites to this mixture and mix gently with a spatula.

Bake the fudge in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for about 25 minutes.
