Beat the egg whites along with a pinch of salt. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath.
Add the sugar to the egg yolks and beat the mixture, then add the sour cream, melted chocolate with coconut oil (in a thin stream) and flour.
Gradually, add the egg whites to this mixture and mix gently with a spatula.
Bake the fudge in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for about 25 minutes.
