How to make
Cut the beef into thin slices. Mix it with the spices, crushed garlic and lemon juice.
Heat the fat in a deep frying pan and fry the beef until it's fully cooked. Take it out and add the thinly chopped onion and peppers to the dish.
Fry them as well and then add the beef and coriander leaves. Optionally, a small can of beans is added to the filling. Add salt, if needed.
Heat the tortilla wraps and add the filling in each one and fold them well so that the filling does not fall out.
Serve the beef tortillas with Guacamole or something else of your choice.
