How to make
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken fillets until they're fully cooked. Allow them to cool slightly and cut them into thin pieces.
Peel an avocado and mash the edible part with lime juice, crushed garlic and a pinch of salt.
Briefly heat the tortillas in the microwave or in a pan. Spread each one with the avocado mixture, add the chicken, lettuce leaves and sprinkle with a little salt and black pepper.
Add the cream and sprinkle with chopped coriander. They become even tastier if you garnish them with tomato salsa.
