Ingredients

  • beef minced meat - 9 oz (250 g)
  • onion - 1 small onion
  • garlic - 1 clove (finely chopped)
  • red beans - 7 oz (200 g)
  • tomato sauce - 5 tablespoons (spicy)
  • tortillas - 5 pcs.
  • yellow cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g), grated
  • oil - 2 tbsp.

How to make

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Fry them over medium heat with a little oil in a pan for a while.

Add the minced meat and fry it for about 10 minutes and mash the minced meat until it crumbles and changes color. Remove it from the heat and add the beans, spicy sauce and yellow cheese to the mixture. Stir well.

Fill the pancakes and fold them into a rectangle. Stick a toothpick through them. Arrange the chimichangas in a tray on baking paper.

Bake at 390°F (200 degrees) for 5 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other after turning them. Once they're ready, remove the toothpicks and serve them.
