Ingredients

  • spinach - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • rice - 1/3 cup
  • flour - 1 tablespoon
  • oil - 2 tablespoons
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • lemon juice
  • salt

How to make

The spinach is washed, cleaned and cut into strips. Salt and stew it with very little water in a covered pot with a lid. Once it is tender, add rice, flour diluted in a little water and oil.

Add hot water and boil the soup until the spinach and rice are completely tender. Serve cold, seasoned with crushed garlic and lemon juice or vinegar to taste.
