Ingredients

  • dry ingredients:
  • flour - 1 & 1/2 cups
  • baking powder - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • yellow cheese 1/2 cup (grated)
  • ham - 1/2 cup (diced)
  • herbs - parsley, basil, savory, oregano
  • Liquid ingredients
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • milk - 1 cup
  • oil - 1/3 cups (or melted butter)

How to make

Mix the dry ingredients and the liquid ingerients separately.

Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ones gradually and stir, until you achieve a homogeneous mix.

Fill 12 medium sized muffin molds with the batter. Preheat your oven to 370°F (190 degrees) and bake for 20-25 minutes.

You can replace the ham with bacon, chopped hot dogs, or another soft deli-meat of your preference.
