How to make
Pour cold water over the chopped meat. Boil it until it's done.
Fry the carrots (cut into cubes) in oil, then add the chopped onion and then garlic. Add the chopped potatoes and mushrooms and a little later - the meat.
Season with paprika, tomato puree and bay leaf. Add the wine and broth that you have strained - it should cover the products.
Put the lid on and let it simmer until the potatoes are ready.
Finally, season the potato stew with salt, black pepper and dried celery (or fresh leaves).
