Your meat must be pre-cooked. For example, for the little one I do this - I boil a small amount and distribute it in small packets and freeze it.
The potatoes are cleaned and cut into small pieces and along with the spinach and potato are boiled until the potatoes pieces soften. Once that is ready, strain and mash along with the butter and your puree is ready.
If it seems too thick, you can always fix it with a little of the broth. In case you have any left, you can put it in the fridge until the next day.
