How to make
Prepare 4 chicken fillets. Cut them in half lengthwise, season them with salt and black pepper and pound them slightly.
Place a piece of bacon on each piece of fillet, sprinkle with the diced mozzarella, roll it up and use toothpicks to make sure it stays intact.
Fry for 4-5 minutes in very hot oil, transfer them into a baking pan and bake them for about 25 minutes on low heat.
Serve the chicken roulade with fresh tomato and basil salad.
