"Aromatic dressing that every salad dreams of"

Ingredients

  • roquefort - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • walnuts - 1.4 oz (40 g) roughly chopped (optional)
  • sour cream - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • vinegar - 1 - 2 tbsp. white wine
  • orange juice - 3 tbsp.
  • walnut oil - 2 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Cut the cheese into cubes and mash it with a fork. Add the cream and stir until a creamy texture is obtained.

Add the oil, vinegar and orange juice, stir.

Season the resulting dressing with black pepper, salt, sugar. If desired, you can also add chopped walnuts.

The dressing is suitable for vegetable and leaf salads.
