How to make
Peel the strawberries, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, garlic and kiwi. Cut them into pieces and put them in a blender.
Crush the dry bread with the fruits and vegetables, add vinegar, water and spices together with salt and hot chilli peppers (you can also use half a dried cayenne pepper).
Turn on the blender at medium power and progressively increase to maximum - let everything blend for 2 minutes or until perfectly smooth.
Season the gazpacho to your liking.
Pour the strawberry gazpacho into cups or small bowls (well-chilled).
Put feta cheese cubes in each and sprinkle with aromatic olive oil.
