How to make
The chicken drumsticks are deboned and the meat is cut into large pieces. Slice the onions.
In a suitable pot in which you will cook the dish, pour the oil and leave it to heat up.
Once it has heated up, fry the onions briefly. Then add the meat. When it turns white on all sides, add the spices and as much salt as you like.
The spiciness level depends on you, I only added a little. After seasoning the meat, pour the wine and let it simmer until it evaporates.
The chicken dish is served while it's warm.
