How to make
Prepare the sauce by mixing the orange juice, lemon juice, 1 cup (200 ml) of water, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp honey, and the soy sauce. Cut the meat into cubes or stripes 0.4″ (1 cm) thick, and sear it for around 3 minutes on each side.
Set the pan aside, and pour in the sweet and sour citrus sauce. Place it back on the stove, cover with a lid and simmer for at least 20 minutes, or until the sauce thickens. Add the sliced mushrooms, stir, pour 1/2 cup of water, cover again and cook for 5 more minutes.
The pork is ready when the sauce turns into a glaze and coats the meat and mushrooms, making them look glossy and appetising!
