How to make

Wash and, if desired, peel the zucchini (I have not peeled it) and cut it into cubes and put them into a saucepan.

Wash, peel and cut the carrots into cubes. Peel, wash and chop the carrot and onion in the same way.

Add a little salt, dill and butter (oil). Also add water, that goes one finger over the vegetables.

Stir well and boil them until they're fully cooked. Once the vegetables are cooked, take them out them and mash them.

Optionally and if your child likes, you can add a little yogurt once it cools.
