How to make
Heat the oven to 430°F (220 °C). Mix the spices with a little salt in a bowl. Dip the chopped potatoes in the spices. Smear a tray with oil.
After the oil heats up well, add the potatoes. Bake the potatoes for 40 minutes, turning occasionally with a slotted spoon.
Mix the remaining products for the sauce in another dish. Drain the potatoes of their oil and serve with the resulting yoghurt sauce.
