How to make
Mix the minced meat with the spices. Knead with your hands until all the ingredients are mixed.
Form 2 large flat meatballs. Place them on a plate and grease them with olive oil.
Heat the barbecue grill to a high temperature. Bake the bacon slices until browned, turning them once.
Place the burgers on the barbecue and grill for about 8 minutes on each side until done. Do not press the burgers with a spatula so that the delicious juices do not run out.
Cut the burger buns in half and toast the bottom for a few minutes on the barbecue.
Shape the burger by spreading barbecue sauce on the bottom bun, place the cooked burger, a circle of tomato, cooked bacon and the top of the bun.
The burger with bacon and barbecue sauce is ready.
