How to make
Grate the cheese finely on a grater. Add the mustard, 2 eggs, salt, black pepper and mix. Roll the chicken legs in this mixture. Whisk the remaining 2 eggs into foam.
Roll the seasoned chicken legs in the breadcrumbs, eggs and in breadcrumbs and eggs again, then fry in heated oil until they turn golden.
Serve warm with a side of steamed or boiled vegetables, ketchup and mustard.
