"Yes we know that fried foods aren`t very healthy and according to some unconfirmed rumors they can make you put on weight but we just can`t resist these crunchy chicken legs with mustard."

Ingredients

  • chicken legs - 28 oz (800 g)
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • mustard - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • eggs - 4
  • breadcrumbs - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • black pepper - 2/5 tsp (2 g)
  • salt - 1 2/3 tsp (8 g)

How to make

Grate the cheese finely on a grater. Add the mustard, 2 eggs, salt, black pepper and mix. Roll the chicken legs in this mixture. Whisk the remaining 2 eggs into foam.

Roll the seasoned chicken legs in the breadcrumbs, eggs and in breadcrumbs and eggs again, then fry in heated oil until they turn golden.

Serve warm with a side of steamed or boiled vegetables, ketchup and mustard.
