How to make
Put the chicken legs in an oven dish, pour the wine and butter over them, cover with foil. Bake in a moderate oven.
After about 40 min. remove the chicken legs, and in the sauce that has been released, add the flour, cream (with the egg yolks beaten into it) and the cheese (set aside 3 or 4 tablespoons).
Mix well and pour the sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake another 10 min.
